Product

Our Electrolyzer is a next-generation hydrogen production system designed for high efficiency and low cost green hydrogen generation. Built on advanced Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) technology, it enables the use of non-precious metal catalysts, significantly reducing system cost while maintaining high performance. The system is engineered for scalability, operational flexibility, and integration with renewable energy sources, making it ideal for decentralized and industrial green hydrogen production.

The design focuses on a compact single-cell architecture tailored AEM for efficient and controlled operation at the laboratory scale. It incorporates an alkaline-compatible anion exchange membrane (AEM)between the anode and cathode, supported by gas diffusion layers (GDL) and porous transport layers (PTL) to ensure uniform reactant distribution and effective gas evolution. The cell is mechanically secured using compression plates to maintain optimal interfacial contact, structural integrity, and long-term operational stability. This integrated design promotes efficient mass transport, minimizes ohmic losses, and reduces dependence on noble metals, while offering a scalable pathway from laboratory-scale validation to pilot and industrial green hydrogen applications.

AEM Electrolyzer cell

The product demonstrates AAL Hydro-Gen Pvt. Ltd.’s existing capabilities in green hydrogen technology development, featuring a fully functional laboratory-scale AEM electrolyzer system. It is supported by in-house expertise in electrode fabrication and precise cell assembly, along with well-documented design and assembly processes. This reflects a strong foundation in electrolyzer development, performance evaluation, and technology validation.
